Open Positions and Description

1. Direct Sales – 30 Positions

Supervisor: Business Development Manager
Location: NBC Morocco Square Branch
Contract Duration: 6 Months

Job Summary

NBC is seeking proactive and self-motivated individuals to support the sales of Retail Banking Liabilities products. The role involves achieving sales targets through active product promotion while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and meet customer needs by selling deposit (liability) products.
Provide direct sales support through quality lead generation and follow-up to convert leads into actual sales.
Participate in sales activations and campaigns to achieve specific targets.
Ensure all newly onboarded customers are active and digitally connected.
Assist customers in completing account opening forms in line with NBC policies before submitting to operations.
Comply with NBC Operational Risk & Rigor standards, including Health & Safety, KYC, and Anti-Money Laundering regulations.
Perform any other related duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: At least Form Four; Certificate, Diploma, or Degree is an added advantage.
Age: Minimum of 18 years.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of banking products.
Skills:
- Sales-driven with strong communication skills.
- Team player with a results-oriented mindset.
- Highly organized and self-motivated.
- Strong follow-up and prioritization skills.
