- Communication between the IT department and the main users of each department (HR, NETWORK, GT, SPECIALITIES, LOGISTICS, LUBRICANTS, CORPORATE)
Activities:
- HSEQ: All employees, contractors, and clients must adhere to the Golden Rules and all HSE regulations and standards of TOTAL.
- Create, keep an eye on, and guarantee thorough assessment of support tickets for current apps.
- Oversee Evolution initiatives for current applications.
- Serve as the head office’s only point of contact for application development
- Oversee the deployment of new applications
- Make sure you do the following for every project.
- Communicate with every department to establish formal business requirements.
- Communicate technical parameters with the local IT staff,
- Open tickets and adhere to the support team’s implementation.
- Responses to inquiries from the support staff, BPOs, and MPOs,
- Make sure important users are testing correctly,
- Obtain critical users’ final validation,
- Make sure that procedures are formalized or modified after new initiatives,
- Launch of the follow-up project.
- Prepare and publish regular Reporting with projects and tickets status
- Responsible for posting and monitoring stock for both Transit and Local.
- Material master data management
- To be involved in preparations of budgets and long-term plan
- Responsible for preparing the daily product cost report and providing clarifications when necessary.
- To implement local cost agility program
- Act as primary point of contact for the Affiliates KPIs such
- MAMBO
- NETWORK CONTRIBUTION ACCOUNT (NCA)
- PCA AND COPA
- SALSA
- Any other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor and manager.
Candidate Profile:
- A bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering, finance, or IT;
- Flexibility;
- Outstanding interpersonal and written communication abilities;
- Proficiency with Excel.
