Summary
In order to effectively organize, carry out, and oversee project operations, we are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily coordination of project activities and schedules.
- Operate as a liaison between teams, departments, and stakeholders.
- Track developments in relation to deliverables, budgets, and work plans.
- Create and put into place monitoring and evaluation (M&E) systems to keep tabs on the results of projects.
- Communicate with external partners and internal teams to make sure that objectives are in line.
- Create excellent presentations, documentation, and reports for funders and stakeholders.
- Verify adherence to donor-related, administrative, and ethical standards.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
- A bachelor’s degree in project management, health sciences, public health, or a similar discipline (a master’s degree will be helpful).
- At least five years of professional experience managing public health or research initiatives, with a solid foundation in monitoring and assessment.
- Demonstrated capacity for multi-stakeholder management and interdisciplinary teamwork.
- Outstanding problem-solving, organizing, and communication abilities.
