In Tanzania’s southern highlands, in the Mbeya Region, is the public university known as Mbeya University of Science and Technology (MUST). There are two campuses of the university. The main campus is situated near the Tanzania Zambia Railway (TAZARA) station in Mbeya City, 10 kilometers from the city center and off the highway leading to Tunduma. The Coca-Cola Company plant is next to it. Rukwa Campus College (MRCC) is situated in the Rukwa Region near Kianda, 50 kilometers from Sumbawanga Municipality along the Tunduma Sumbawanga route.
On October 21, 2025, the first semester will start. Therefore, you must arrive at the university on October 19, 2025, prepared for the registration and orientation process. Note: All students must attend the orientation program.
On October 21, 2025, a one-week orientation session will begin for all incoming students.
