Those who pass the interview will be assigned to their respective workstations.

Interview Schedule and Venues – Ajira Portal
The interviews will be held on the mentioned dates. Each candidate should show up at the time and place assigned to them based on the position they applied for.
Required Identification Documents
Every candidate must bring one of the following valid IDs:
- National ID (NIDA)
- Voter ID
- Work ID
- Residency ID
- Passport
Academic Certificates
All candidates must bring original copies of the following certificates:
- Birth Certificate
- Form IV and Form VI certificates
- Diploma
- Degree
These certificates must match the qualifications listed in the job announcement.
Special Instructions for Specific Positions
Driver II Position:
Applicants must submit:
- A valid Class E or C driving license
- A certificate from a recognized driving course showing you’re qualified to hold that license
Note: If you don’t bring these, you won’t be allowed to attend the interview.
Positions Requiring Professional Registration
Applicants must present:
- A valid professional registration certificate from the relevant board
- A current practicing license
Documents That Will NOT Be Accepted
The following documents are not allowed:
- Testimonials
- Provisional results
- Statement of results
- Form IV and VI result slips
If you bring these, you will be disqualified from the interview.
Personal Costs
All candidates are responsible for their own:
- Meals
- Transport
- Accommodation
For Applicants Who Studied Abroad
You must bring verified and certified documents from:
- TCU (for degree programs)
- NACTE (for technical qualifications)
- NECTA (for O-Level and A-Level equivalence)
(depending on your academic level)
Exam Number
Candidates are instructed to log in to their job application account and copy their exam number in advance. These numbers won’t be given out on the interview day.
Name Differences on Documents
If your name appears differently on any of your documents, you must bring:
- A notarized Deed Poll showing your official name change, registered with the Ministry of Lands.
For Those Not Shortlisted
If your name is not on the shortlist, it means you didn’t meet the requirements for this position. However, don’t lose hope—you’re encouraged to apply again when new opportunities are posted. Once results are released, they will be shared through the same channel.
