HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is recruiting a Human Resources Officer (Temporary) to support expansion activities. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, and training; in addition, the officer will ensure smooth employee integration into new sites. Moreover, the HR Officer will assist with performance management and employee relations processes to maintain a productive workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertise open positions for new sites in the expansion pipeline; therefore, ensure visibility to attract qualified candidates.
- Monitor applications and confirm that recruitment targets are achieved for interviews and training.
- Organize all necessary arrangements for interviews, classroom sessions, and on-site training.
- Conduct interviews and deliver training sessions; furthermore, provide continuous support to recruits.
- Identify training gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen training materials.
- Oversee onboarding processes; consequently, ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
- Register new recruits on the HR Dashboard and set up accounts on the Star App.
- Coordinate with the HR department to issue and manage employment agreements.
- Maintain updated records of new recruits in the HR registry; in addition, track progress during their probation period.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Public Administration, Community Development, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR or administrative support roles.
- Knowledge of conducting training, onboarding programs, or staff development activities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; moreover, ability to build trust with new recruits.
- Capacity to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
