In this article, are you looking for Position Announcement: Excellent College of Health and Allied Sciences is an accredited training institution that is registered by National Council for Technical (NACTVET) at MWANZA, MBEYA, ARUSHA, DAR ES SALAAM AND KIBAHA. The college is now looking for Customer Service/ Receptionists for all its campuses.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for questions and concerns from clients, offering a courteous and professional response.
- Determine and address client concerns while surpassing their expectations and guaranteeing their delight.
- Gain thorough product knowledge and give clients precise information.
- Help clients with order processing, tracking shipments, and exchanges or returns.
- Keep thorough records of all communications and questions from customers.
- As needed, escalate complex issues, diagnose problems, and offer basic technical help.
- To address client concerns and guarantee a satisfying customer experience, cooperate with other departments.
- Determine patterns in client inquiries and offer suggestions for process enhancement.
- By developing a good rapport and solid ties with clients, you may maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a positive brand image for the business while adhering to communication protocols, rules, and policies.
Job Requirements and Qualifications:
Education and Training:
- A diploma or certificate in human resources, records management, secretarial studies, or any other pertinent discipline.
- Proficiency with pertinent computer programs and systems (e.g., Word, Excel, business intelligence tools, and customer support software).
Experience:
- Two years or more of experience in customer service or similar roles.
- Applicants with more experience will be given preference.
Skills and Competencies:
- Outstanding customer service abilities with a significant emphasis on client happiness.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- The capacity to engage with people at all levels in the college and listen critically.
- The capacity to oversee and manage customer records, class schedules, student welfare, student inquiries, and customer management systems.

- Demonstrated capacity to make a valuable contribution in a decentralized organization’s team setting.
- Strong organizational abilities, including the capacity to set priorities, maintain concentration on projects, and autonomously meet deadlines both internally and externally.
