The Catholic University of Health and Allied Sciences (CUHAS) is pleased to invite qualified applicants who have completed either Form IV or Form VI to apply for admission into the following Ordinary Diploma programmes for the academic year 2025/2026:

1. Diploma in Pharmaceutical Sciences (DPS) – 3 years

Entry requirements:

Certificate of Secondary Education (CSEE) with five passes, including at least a D grade in the following subjects:
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Physics
- Basic Mathematics
- English Language

2. Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences (DMLS) – 3 years

Entry requirements:

Certificate of Secondary Education (CSEE) with five passes, including at least a D grade in:
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Physics
- Basic Mathematics
- English Language

3. Diploma in Diagnostic Radiography (DDR) – 3 years

Entry requirements:

Certificate of Secondary Education (CSEE) with five passes, including at least a D grade in:
- Chemistry
- Biology
- Physics
- Basic Mathematics
- English Language

Additional Note

Applicants who possess an Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education (A-Level) with at least a principal pass in one science subject will have an added advantage.

Instructions to Applicants

a) Carefully read all the information above before filling the application form.
b) Provide full and accurate details, including:

Citizenship
Date of birth
Form IV index number
Form VI index number (if available)
c) Applicants with foreign academic certificates (not issued by NECTA) must obtain a NECTA equivalence verification before starting the application process.
d) The application fee is TZS 30,000 (non-refundable). Ensure you meet the minimum entry qualifications before applying.
