Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania

Contract Terms
- Ten (10) years contract for Tanzanians

Minimum Entry Qualifications
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Form IV Certificate with four credit passes, including English.
- Ab-Initio Certificate from a recognized aviation institution or equivalent, plus a valid Cabin Crew Member Certificate issued by TCAA.
- Arm reach of 212cm while standing.
- Acceptable Body Mass Index (BMI).
- No visible tattoos while in Air Tanzania crew uniform.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swahili.
- Must meet Cabin Crew Member Manual requirements when applicable.
- Knowledge of an additional international language will be an added advantage.
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Cabin Crew member, you will:
- Ensure safety, security, comfort, and welfare of passengers and fellow crew members during cabin operations.
- Adhere to all policies and regulations to complete duties assigned by the Purser/Senior Crew.
- Provide world-class customer service as per ATCL cabin service standards.
- Support on-time performance and assist passengers throughout their journey.
- Act as a liaison between passengers and flight crew.
- Maintain and hand over in-flight catering items, materials, and equipment properly.
- Conduct cabin operations in line with applicable aviation regulations and ATCL standards.
- Report any flight incidents to the Purser/Senior Cabin Crew Member.
- Adapt to changes in roster/duty schedules as required.
- Cooperate with Purser/Senior to address passenger complaints promptly.
- Oversee safety, service, and scheduling procedures.
- Collect passenger feedback and provide recommendations to the Purser/Senior Cabin Crew Member.
