HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is seeking a Regional Administrator to oversee regional inventory management and contractor relations. The Administrator will be responsible for enforcing inventory policies, managing inventory flow, and monitoring compliance. In addition, the role requires strong problem-solving and coordination skills to ensure operational excellence across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage regional inventory requests, allocation, shipping, receiving, and auditing in line with SOPs.
- Conduct weekly and monthly inventory and asset audits to minimize losses and ensure readiness.
- Monitor inventory movement between warehouses, hubs, and shops; therefore, address stock imbalances proactively.
- Follow up on cases of tampering or theft, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Review swap charge ratio reports, identify underperforming hubs, and support corrective measures.
- Enforce inventory control processes to prevent wastage, stockouts, and non-compliance issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of defective packs; furthermore, coordinate with Field Technicians for troubleshooting.
- Manage onboarding, training, contracts, and ongoing monitoring of contractors.
- Serve as the primary contact for contractor relations while ensuring obligations and safety standards are met.
- Conduct regular meetings with Superstars to review compliance gaps and provide timely support.
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly inventory reports, highlighting issues and corrective actions.
- Support Go-live inventory allocation, decommissioning collections, and incident reporting on thefts or break-ins.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in inventory management, contractor relations, or operations coordination.
- Strong understanding of inventory control policies and auditing practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to analyze reports, identify issues, and implement corrective measures.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management systems is an added advantage.
