HR World Ltd, on behalf of our client, is hiring a Site Validator to support expansion efforts in renewable energy services. The Site Validator will conduct field data collection, validate new service locations, and engage with communities to ensure successful implementation of solar battery rental services in remote areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site assessments to identify potential Hub/Shop locations in line with company standards.
- Gather and analyze information on ongoing and upcoming electrification projects that may impact operations.
- Validate land or shop suitability for hub installation, ensuring structural and space requirements are met.
- Engage with local leaders, community members, and stakeholders to promote solar energy and secure community buy-in.
- Collect and document site-specific data (GPS coordinates, photographs, demographics, infrastructure details).
- Produce concise reports with recommendations on site suitability and improvement needs.
- Collaborate with the QA Expansion/Growth Lead to maintain an updated pool of approved sites.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Sciences, Project Management, Energy, or related field.
- Interest or experience in data collection, fieldwork, or site evaluation.
- Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Understanding of rural/remote community needs, especially in energy access.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Familiarity with mapping tools and digital data collection technologies (an added advantage).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel frequently to remote areas.
- Cultural awareness and adaptability when working with diverse communities.
