This position’s primary goal is to supervise and guarantee the integrity of all inventory control procedures, systems, and practices nationwide. This covers consumables, raw materials, finished goods, and spare parts. The position guarantees that all inventory-related operations adhere to corporate standards and rules and are appropriately represented in the ERP system.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Keep an eye on operational teams’ compliance with duties and responsibilities linked to inventory.
- Assist operational teams in recognizing and mitigating risks associated with inventory.
- By making sure that all inventory routines have signoffs and documentation fulfilled, you may promote accountability.
- Report persistent problems or non-compliance to the appropriate managers for handling.
- Organize and monitor training on SOPs, inventory policies, and control procedures.
- Make sure that training records are kept up to date and that refresher courses are held when necessary.
- To guarantee uniform inventory management process execution and ownership, assign accountability and responsibility to the proper operational and functional owners.
- MBFU & BITs management and recharge process, bottle loss, RTI and Time In Trade management, stock recons, counts, stock loss investigations, and tracking of aging POs and GRNs are all examples of inventory management procedures that audit compliance with.
Key Attributes and Competencies:
- Strong background in raw material and/or final goods management
- Strong knowledge of the entire supply chain.
- The capacity to communicate clearly at the global and MANCOM high levels.
- Capable of interacting and communicating with internal and external clients at all organizational levels, as well as cross-functional stakeholders.

Minimum Requirements:
- B.Sc. Degree in Engineering or Econometrics, Finance or Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain, Economics, IT, Accounting Science, MBA recommended.
- 3-5 Years experience in logistics and supply chain management and finance background
