We’re looking for motivated interns to join our Customer Service Department, with a focus on outbound calls.
Job responsibilities:
- Making phone calls to remind clients to renew their bundles
- Making outgoing calls in order to onboard new clients
- Help address client questions and issues in a courteous and professional manner.
- Helping clients utilize the offerings
- Assist the group in preserving high customer satisfaction levels.
- During encounters, acquire and put into practice efficient communication and customer service strategies.
Customer Service Qualifications:
- A recent graduate in communications, IT, business, or a similar discipline.
- Strong Swahili and English communication abilities.
- Positivity and strong interpersonal abilities.
- Readiness to work and learn in a fast-paced, goal-oriented setting.
- Be mindful of the details.
- The ability to work in shifts when necessary
