Job Summary

Job Description​

Sales and Relationship Management

Outputs to deliver this accountability:40%

  • Increase client profitability within predetermined parameters (assets, liabilities, interest, and noninterest revenue) by locating, establishing, and strengthening connections to acquire a larger portion of small and medium-sized business clients’ wallets by providing solutions through a variety of goods and services.
  • By holding meetings with well-defined goals and desired outcomes, you can provide clients value-added engagement, frequent in-person encounters, and continuous communication.
  • Proactively offer comprehensive financial solutions by proactively identifying and comprehending clients’ financial objectives and demands, as well as their business cycle, with the assistance of product specialists.
  • To increase the size of your asset and liability portfolio, cultivate and manage a pipeline of new possibilities and aggressively master referrals.
  • Create and manage a customer relationship management plan for the top ten borrowers and non-borrowers.

 Customer Service: 20%

Outputs to deliver this accountability:

  • Manage the customer experience in a proactive and expert manner by giving pertinent responses on goods and services.
  • Quickly address consumer grievances and consistently offer regular input on outstanding problems.
  • Maintain thorough records of any conversations or communications with clients.
  • Coordinate client relations and operations with other bank departments in an efficient manner.
  • Inform clients on the bank’s offerings, policies, and processes.
  • Utilize customer input to enhance your offerings of goods and services.

Compliance and Risk Management: 20%

Outputs to deliver this accountability:

  • Increase knowledge of and adherence to the Financial Sanctions and Prohibitions of Business Activity, AML, and KYC regulations.
  • Every month, review the portfolio to make sure all necessary documentation (KYC, AML, and sanctions) is current. Report any outstanding KYC obligations to the appropriate mandated holders.
  • Verify and approve all loan applications and legal documentation, assuming responsibility for their quality and correctness.
  • By regularly monitoring client transactions and reviewing excess reports on a daily basis, you can identify any issue accounts and convey suitable risk mitigation techniques.
  • To guarantee sufficient industry knowledge and potential hazards and/or possibilities, stay up to date on advancements in different industries and sectors by research, reading, and networking.

Team and Networking

  • Participate in knowledge-sharing and branch meetings every day.
  • communicating and exchanging information with other departments (Retail and Corporate Credit, Corporate Banking, Retail Banking) on a continuous basis.
  • Participate in community, governmental, commercial development, and local events.
  • Create and keep in touch with Product Specialists across the bank’s other divisions, such as Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Treasury.
  • Comment on other Cross-functional team members’ performance reviews.

Self-Development

  • Observe and stay current with all changes to policies, procedures, and circulars.
  • Make sure you are developing yourself in relation to your job path in order to get new skills and knowledge.

Education and Experience Required:

  • Advanced Business/Accounting Diploma
  • Three years of experience in banking

  • A thorough comprehension of the credit process and its procedures

Qualifications
