About ten kilometers from the city center, on Mabibo Road, beside the Tanzania-Chinese Textile Mill (URAFIKI) Company, is the National Institute of Transportation.
The cost of your transportation to and from NIT during your studies will be covered by your sponsor, guardian, or yourself.
Only after submitting a good medical report attesting to their health fitness can first-time students be admitted. Therefore, before visiting the Institute, you are asked to have a medical examination from a government hospital or from a licensed and qualified medical professional. Enclosed are the medical examination forms.
Sponsorship is required for students enrolled in various programs. These sponsors may be private, HESLB, parents or guardians, or employers. There is no return for fees paid. The cost schedule is included for your reference and help in making the right plans and taking further action.
