To start your studies, you must register at the University (Moshi or KICoB-Shinyanga, depending on the situation) by October 21, 2025. Please be aware that your admission will be canceled if you do not register within a week of the specified date. The table below lists the general prerequisites and enrollment procedures. Program and registration requirements:

You will need to register at the Admissions Office when you arrive at the university. For temporary housing, please report to the Student Accommodation Office if you arrive late at night.

You will need to provide the following in order to register:

• Initial Instructions for Joining completed and signed form.
• Original transcripts and certifications that are pertinent for every session
• Only form four of 2025 and form six of 2023 result slips are acceptable for form six leavers.
• Original bank pay-in slips that attest to your payment of university fees (the fee schedule is included).
• Passport (for students studying abroad).
• Original certificate of birth.
• Completed and submitted the Medical Examination Form (attached).

Please note that:

• The program to which you have been admitted will be where you will be registered.
• Your secondary education certificate or certificates must match the names you enter on this form.
• You will be breaking the law and could be referred to the police for prosecution if you turn in a falsified certificate or paper.

Financial requirements:

• The following price structure outlines the program’s financial needs.
• Once paid, fees cannot be returned or transferred to a different academic year or person.
• If the necessary fees are not paid, you will not be able to register.

Student Regulations:

You must become acquainted with the pertinent university regulations (such as the dress code, student disciplinary rules, and examination regulations) when registering. During your time at the university, the Regulations will give you rules for both your academic and personal life.

Accommodation:

The university does not guarantee on-campus housing because it has limited space for students. The university might help you find housing off campus.
