In carrying out this authorization, the Executive Director of the Mlimba District Council notifies all Tanzanian nationals who are eligible to apply for the following jobs.
Open Positions and Description
1. Office Assistant II – 2 Positions
The candidate must possess a Diploma in Secretarial Studies or an NTA Level 6 Certificate in Secretarial Studies in order to be hired. They must also have passed Form Four (Form IV) or Form Six (Form VI). They must also have received training in office computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, the Internet, e-mail, and Publisher from a government-approved institution, and they must have passed shorthand in both Swahili and English at a pace of 100 words per minute.
Salary Scale: TGS.C
2. Driver II – 3 Positions
In addition to a valid Class E or C driver’s license and at least a year of accident-free driving experience, the applicant must possess a Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV). They had to have gone to basic vocational training (VETA) or any other government-approved school.
