Open Positions and Description

1. Admission Assistant (3 posts – main campus, 1 post – MRCC)

Qualifications

• Possessing a diploma from an accredited university in computer science, information and communication technology, computer engineering, business administration (any specialty), or a related field.

Duties and responsibilities

• To help manage subscriber phone calls both inside and outside the exchange area
• To facilitate the connecting of calls to both local and external locations
• To answer incoming calls and route them to the proper office or staff
• To help candidates with questions and concerns about their applications
• To assist candidates in contacting the appropriate authorities when needed
• To keep thorough records of every call that applicants make and receive
• To oversee all phone conversations and guarantee appropriate call routing
• To keep the applicants’ register book up to date
• Po carry out any additional relevant tasks that the supervisor assigns

Salary scale: PGSS 4

General Conditions

1. A current curriculum vitae (CV) with dependable contact information, such as a postal address and postcode, email address, and phone numbers, must be attached by applicants.
2. Applicants must attach copies of the following certified certificates:
   • Diploma certificate and transcripts
   • Form IV and Form VI national examination certificates
   • Birth certificate
3. Candidates should list three trustworthy references with trustworthy connections.
4. A single passport-sized photo needs to be included.
5. A National Identification Number (NIDA) is required of applicants.
6. Legal action will follow the presentation of falsified information or fake certificates.
7. Only those who have been shortlisted will be called for interviews.
8. Candidates must be citizens of Tanzania and no older than 35.
9. The application deadline is June 30, 2025, from the day this advertisement first appears.
