Reporting to: HRIS Analyst
Duration: This role is for a Short-Term Assignment of three (3) months.
Responsibilities:
- Help gather, verify, and update personnel data in the HR database and systems.
- Help in conducting audits to guarantee the integrity and correctness of HR data
- Help with responding to requests and inquiries for employee information updates
- Reaching the daily goal of the number of workers needed for data collection, validation, and updating
- Report any anomalies in the data that were noticed during the experiment.
- Preserve the privacy of data and information to guarantee adherence to SOPs and national and international data protection laws.
Requirements:
- 0 – 2 years’ experience of working in ICT systems preferably HRIS administration.
- Knowledge of methods, procedures and techniques used in collecting, capturing and storage of data.
Technical Skills:
- HRIS Proficiency: It is advantageous to have knowledge of HR systems like Oracle HCM, Sage, and Success Factors.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other Office programs is essential for the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Data Analysis: The capacity to audit, analyze, and produce reports.
Skills and Knowledge required:
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication abilities to engage with staff members at all levels.
- Organization: The capacity to prioritize work, oversee several projects, and keep thorough records.
- Teamwork: The capacity to collaborate well with others in a group setting.
- Problem-Solving: The capacity to recognize and address problems pertaining to HR procedures and systems.
- Attention to Detail: Managing sensitive personnel data and regulatory issues requires accuracy and close attention to detail.
- Confidentiality: It’s critical to keep sensitive employee data private.
